Effective Classroom Practices

This workshop is designed to give teachers classroom strategies they can learn today and begin implementing tomorrow.

Participants will learn how to prevent misbehavior before it starts by…

• Creating a physical layout that aids the teacher in active supervision
• Ensuring that students know what is expected of them
• Designing instruction that keeps students engaged
• Instilling a sense of belonging in every student
